What is memopet® ID?
memopet® ID is MyFamily’s Made in Italy walkwear collection designed to combine everyday pet accessories with personalization.
The collection includes collars for dogs and cats, Y- and H-harnesses, and matching leashes. Collars and harnesses feature an integrated nameplate that can be engraved with the pet’s name.
What am I reserving?
You’re reserving a complimentary memopet® ID dog collar for your own personal use, so you can experience memopet® ID firsthand.
You'll choose your colour and size in advance, then visit us at the show, where we’ll personalize your collar with you using the same MyFamily engraving technology already in your store.
You’ll experience the process just as your customers will — and take your personalized collar home with you.
Who can reserve a collar?
This exclusive offer is reserved for store owners and managers who are existing MyFamily Canada resellers.
Limit of one complimentary collar per store.
How do I reserve my collar?
Choose your preferred colour and size, then select the show and day you’ll be attending. Complete your reservation by following and completing the checkout process, and keep your confirmation email.
How do I pick up my collar?
Visit the MyFamily Canada booth on your selected show day and show us your confirmation email.
We’ll have your collar ready, then personalize it with you at the booth so you can experience the process firsthand.
Can someone else pick up my collar for me?
Yes, but only another store owner or manager may pick it up on your behalf. The complimentary collar experience is reserved exclusively for store owners and managers.
Simply forward them your confirmation email so they can present it at the show.
I'm not going to the show, can my collar be shipped?
Unfortunately, no. Complimentary collars are available for show pickup only, as the purpose of the offer is to let you experience memopet® ID personalization firsthand at the MyFamily Canada booth.
